Over recent months we have seen significant growth in ProTier signups alongside a rapid increase in new music releases across the industry. At the same time, editorial playlist opportunities have not expanded at the same rate. After careful consideration, we have decided to remove the ProTier upgrade option from Access moving forward so that we can invest more fully in features and opportunities that benefit the entire community.

What this means for you

• If you are currently on ProTier, you will continue to receive all ProTier benefits for the remainder of your existing subscription term, including weekly song highlights.

• Auto-renewal will be switched off. When your current term ends, your renewal will move to the standard Access price of £49 rather than £99.

Alongside these changes, we warmly invite you to join our growing free Access community on Discord (found on the ‘extras’ tab on your dashboard), where you can connect with artists, share experiences, and hear about upcoming webinars and sessions led by industry experts and fellow creators.

Yes!

There are 2 main places you can upload your lyrics to be shown in stores:

1. For Instragram, use musixmatch.com

2. For Apple Music, use genius.com
   

Register an account with these services to upload your lyrics and make them available to users on these services.

Yes! It is possible for artists to release cover versions of songs, without needing a license or permission.

The only scenario in which a cover license is required, is if you would like your release to be available for download (i.e on ITunes). If that is the case, we have partnered with Easy Song streamline the licensing process. After you have obtained your license, email it to Artist Support so they can make the track available for download.

While it is understandable that the modern artist may use AI to assist them with their production, we will not deliver content that includes completely AI vocals. 

The most important thing, for us, is that artists are not trying to mimic a real voice or the voice of another person, through AI.
